Theft in Basingstoke car park

WIND deflectors were stolen from a van parked near a Basingstoke park.

The theft took place between 5.05pm and 5.30pm on Friday, December 28. The thief targeted a red Ford Transit van parked in the Glebe Gardens car park, off Churchill Way.

An attempt had been made to prise open the passenger door and the rear doors.

Anyone with information can contact PC Lee Stanbrook at Basingstoke police station on 101.
