A KEBAB van in Hook was doused in petrol and set alight in a suspected arson attack.
Hampshire Constabulary are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
The attack occurred at 11pm on December 17 when the van was parked in a lay-by on the A30 at Hook. According to police, the van was doused in petrol, and then set on fire.
Damage was limited to the front end of the van as the staff member working managed to bring the blaze under control before the fire service reached the scene.
Investigating officer, PC Donna Free said: "This incident occurred around 11pm while someone was working in the van and could have been far more serious had the staff member not taken immediate action.
