THE building of new homes in Whitchurch is being plagued by complications with a footpath.
Borough councillor Keith Watts said the problems were delaying progress at the Bloswood Lane development, which includes affordable housing.
He was speaking at a meeting of Whitchurch Town Council.
Since the meeting, Banner Homes Southern has withdrawn its application for diversion of footpath 15, which it was claimed, did not follow the definitive map and was wrongly signposted by Hampshire County Council.
