HE’S always been up for a challenge – and now TV presenter Keith Chegwin has been getting his skates on for the next series of Dancing on Ice.
The television star pulled out of the 2012 ITV show after being rushed to hospital when he tumbled during a lap around the rink while rehearsing.
But the 55-year-old, who lives in the borough, appears to be back on form now after breaking three ribs and fracturing his shoulder in the fall, and is ready to try again.
The series doesn’t begin until January, but The Gazette spotted Keith practicing at Basingstoke’s Planet Ice.
