Holiday home for seriously-ill children hosting Hallowe'en party
A HOLIDAY home for seriously-ill children and their families will host a fabulously frightening Hallowe’en party on Friday.
North Waltham holiday home The Bluebells, run by Sebastian’s Action Trust, will put on a Trick or Treat Hallowe’en party with events including ghoulish games, pumpkin-carving, special stories and a spooky supper, all in aid of the children’s charity.
The party will run between 4pm and 7pm, and the Trust is hoping lots of families will buy tickets to join the fun.
Guests are invited to come in costume and enter a fancy dress contest and children will be able to have their faces painted at the party, try apple bobbing, play games and listen to stories before enjoying a special Hallowe’en tea.
Debbie Loveridge, community and events fundraiser for Sebastian’s Action Trust, said: “We are very excited to announce another first at the Bluebells. The party is a great way for children to have some Hallowe’en fun in a safe environment while helping to support a lovely local charity.”
Tickets for the party cost £6 per child and £3 per accompanying adult or £15 per family of four. A limited number of tickets will be available on the day for the slightly higher price of £7.50 per child, £4 per accompanying adult or £20 per family of four.
