A HOUSE in a Basingstoke suburb could be used by multiple occupants if planning permission is granted by the borough council.
Gary Matthews has applied to change the use of the property in Falkland Road, Popley, from a three-bedroom house to a five-bedroom house with multiple occupants.
The house was rented up until July this year but is now vacant.
