Arthritis charity to hold self-management sessions in Basingstoe
ARTHRITIS sufferers across Basingstoke are being invited to a free self-management event in September.
Arthritis Action will be holding a self management event at the Apollo Hotel, in Basingstoke, between 1pm and 4.30pm on September 7 and 14.
Those attending will explore ways to better manage their arthritis through healthy eating, physical therapy, exercises and pain management and they will also have the chance to learn more about the charity. A free sandwich lunch will be provided at the start of each session.
Anyone interested in taking part is asked to attend both sessions and to book their place by calling 02037 817120 or by emailing Georgia@arthritisaction.org.uk by August 28.
