The Restaurant at BCoT is a modern training restaurant and kitchen giving students the opportunity to showcase their cookery and front of house skills.
Hospitality and catering students prepare, cook and service dishes to the public as an integral part of their course.
Lunches are served on Thursdays and Fridays and diners can choose one, two or three courses.
