A KINGSCLERE after-school club has been graded as “good” by Ofsted.
The Cottages Play Away, based at Kingsclere Primary School, was visited by inspectors from the education watchdog in April, and a report published on May 21 said: “Children enjoy a good variety of activities after school, which complements their school experiences effectively. The club enables them to develop their skills as they play and socialise.”
The club was not graded as “outstanding” for several reasons including because of the lack of comfortable places for children to relax when tired.
