STUDENTS at Sherfield School received some advice on digital safety from a roadshow that came to their school.
The roadshow, titled “Is it worth it?” was delivered by professional youth projects group Amelix, in collaboration with Hampshire Constabulary, at the school in Hook.
The show used music and entertainment to get key information about the risks and implications of sexting across to young people. These included games and competitions, and audio messages from current pop bands.
The workshops were seen by almost 200 of the school’s pupils, with separate sessions held for different ages.
