MILITARY personnel past and present gathered at St Mary’s church in Old Basing to remember fallen comrades.
The Church was full to the brim, with families, loved ones, veterans and serving army, navy and RAF personal.
Ahead of the church service, a marching band led different groups and organisations to the church, before flag barers enter the church to signify the start of this year’s remembrance service.
After a service inside the church, members of the community gathered outside, where veterans gave speeches and laid wreaths at the war memorial before saluting those they were remembering.
Once the two minutes silence was observed a chinook flew overhead as a sign of respect to those servicemen and woman who had served their county.
