TWO choirs have teamed up to deliver a boost for a charity.
Basingstoke Hospital Male Voice Choir (BHMVC) and Hart Male Voice Choir are to perform a joint concert to raise funds for Ark Cancer Centre Charity.
All Saints’ Church, in Southern Road, will be the venue for the free concert starting at 7.30pm on Wednesday, 15 November.
The concert, at which charity donations will be collected, is the latest musical event BHMVC has been involved in as part of its support for Ark, which is raising £5m for a local cancer treatment centre, but it is the first time the two choirs have performed together to support the charity.
BHMVC president and Ark trustee Merv Rees said: “BHMVC has shown great support to Ark Cancer Centre Charity over several years, and the charity is grateful to them and Hart Male Voice Choir for teaming up for this latest concert."
