A CRASH is causing severe rush-hour delays on a Hampshire motorway.
The incident happened on the M3 northbound at junction 13, near Eastleigh, and one lane of the carriageway was blocked.
The crash has now been rcleared but there is significant disruption in the area, particularly westbound on the M27 from junction eight.
Traffic maps show disruption on the M27 westbound and the link road with the M3, as well as the M3 itself.
Drivers are advised to check their routes before travelling.
