A MAN has been assaulted and robbed in Basingstoke by men wearing balaclavas.
At about 10pm on Wednesday 18 October, police officers were called an incident of a 24-year-old man who had been assaulted and robbed.
The man had been in the subway at the end of Flaxfield Road when three men wearing balaclavas grabbed him and took him through to Glebe Gardens. It is believed that the three men got out of a white car.
It is alleged that the men then assaulted the victim and stole cash and a mobile phone.
