LUKE Jordan Elmer-Learwood, 22, of Owen Way, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour towards another person causing harassment on April 9, 2017. Ordered to pay £500 in compensation.

JAMES Frederick Edis, 23, of Chaucer Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer executing their job in the line of duty on April 11, 2017. Ordered to pay £350 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis on the same date. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JOSHUA David Mitchell, 26, of St Peters Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour towards another person causing harassment on April 23, 2017. Fined £280 and ordered to pay £50 in compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SEBASTIAN Luptowski, 35, of Montserrat Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Popley Way whilst under the influence of alcohol on April 13, 2017. Fined £280 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.
