Woman rushed to hospital suffering from serious burns
A WOMAN has been taken to hospital with serious burns following an incident in Basingstoke this morning.
Police received reports of concerns for the woman's - believed to be in her 30s - welfare at 9.57am.
The woman was found in an area of parkland near Deep Lane, Kings Furlong, where it is reported that she had serious burns on her body.
Paramedics attended the scene and rushed her to Southampton general hospital by ambulance.
Officers are not treating the incident as suspicious, with no wider risk to the community.
