PARTY time has been in full swing for teenagers in and around Basingstoke as students celebrate the end of their school or college days in style.
The school prom is now a traditional way of marking the end of years of study – and every year, young people in the borough dress up in their best clothes and arrive in style to enjoy the special evening.
