Man fined for fly-tipping at Hart beauty spot
A MAN has been fined for fly-tipping at a Hart beauty spot.
Thomas Brazil, of Whetstone Road, Farnborough, dumped four black bags of rubbish at Fleet Pond on July 31 last year. The offence was filmed on a mobile phone, by a member of the public.
Brazil pleaded guilty to an offence of fly-tipping after a prosecution brought by Hart District Council.
The 35-year-old was fined £140, with £140 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court.
