A CHARITY project which supports people diagnosed with anxiety and depression in Hart has been given a cash boost.
Hampshire County Council has awarded Hart Voluntary Action (HVA) a grant of £3,188 for 2015/16 for its Minding the Garden project.
The project allows people to take part in gardening sessions to take their mind off personal problems and improve their self-esteem.
The county council has also awarded the charity an additional £3,216 for a new scheme called Wednesday Weeders which allows people with learning disabilities to carry out work for older people in the community.
