A police officer guarded the flat this morning
A MAN was assaulted during a burglary in Brighton Hill.
It took place between 10pm and 11pm on Tuesday, September 9, at a ground-floor flat in Quilter Road.
The 33-year-old victim was assaulted during the burglary but required no hospital treatment. A mobile phone was taken from the flat.
Police were at the flat this morning.
Officers taped off a passageway by the side of the flat, and a scenes-of-crime officer with a headtorch could be seen going in and out of the property.
