AN AIRSTRIP could be used as a new site for a football club in Hook.
Hook United Youth Football Club, whose teams play in Hartletts Park and Bramshill, have agreed to buy land to the south east of the village, in between Holt Lane and the M3.
Chairman Arran Landregan and secretary Ian Warner spoke of the plans at a meeting of Hook Parish Council. An application to Hart District council has not yet been made.
