ADRIAN Peter Lee, 34, of Ruskin Close, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on November 13, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Also pleaded guilty to sending emails to another person which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient on November 15, 2017. Further community order made.

JORDAN Miles Riley, 23, of Longwood Copse Lane, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to sending a message via Facebook which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient on March 4, 2018. Community order made and fined £40. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Also pleaded guilty to causing unlawful damage to a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Fiesta Ztec, which did not belong to him, to the value of less than £5,000. Further community order made.

CHRISTOPHER John Carter, 34, of no fixed abode. Failed to pay a fine to the courts to the value of £2,337. Sentenced to 28 days in jail for non-payment.

CHRISTOPHER Malcolm Perry, 43, of Malvern Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to harassing another person by sending multiple unwanted and abusive text messages on September 4, 2017. Fined £415 and ordered to pay £41 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MATTHEW Francis Keeley, 39, of Reynards Close, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to avoiding paying for goods supplied to the value of £63.60 on October 2, 2017. Community order made. Also pleaded guilty to a second count of avoiding paying for goods supplied to the value of £80.03 on September 24, 2017. Further community order made. Also pleaded to three counts of stealing goods including meat and fuel between September 26, 2017 and October 23, 2017. Further community order made.

DAVID Raymond Farmer, 40, of Edmond Court, Popley. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on March 11, 2018. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to unlawfully causing damage to a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Astra, which did not belong to him on the same date. Ordered to pay £400 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis, on the same date. Fined a further £50.

BOGDAN Ionut Marica, 30, of Flaxfield Road, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen, whilst under the influence of alcohol on March 11, 2018. Fined £392 and ordered to pay £39 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

THERESA Nolan, 53, of Sandy Lane, Pamber Heath. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of alcohol on March 11, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and eight months.

LONEL Adrian Deaconescu, 60, of Paices Hill, Aldermaston. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Passat, whilst under the influence of alcohol on March 10, 2018. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and four months.

JASON Michael Sheridan, 48, of Redwing Road, Kempshott. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Transit, whilst under the influence of alcohol on March 15, 2018. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail, suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years and nine months.
