DANIEL Deans, 23, of Cobbett Green, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive language towards a person with the intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on February 13, 2018. Fined £65 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

GRANT David Smart, 25, of Gibbon’s Place, Popley. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive language towards a person with the intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on February 13, 2018. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

KYLE Talbot, 26, Wimborne Close, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Mercedes, whilst under the influence of alcohol on February 14, 2018. Fined £650 and ordered to pay £65 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and eight months.

STEVEN James Carver, 35, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an on-duty police officer on March 3, 2018. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive language towards a person with the intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on the same date. Fined a further £80.

IAN Pearson, 45, of Tudor Court, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to phoning and texting a person he was prohibited from doing so between May 21, 2017 and June 18, 2017. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

EMMA Rebecca Evans, 34, Saunders Way, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford, on the M3 northbound in excess of the 70mph on June 29, 2017. Fined £475 and ordered to pay £47 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for seven days.

PETER Lewis, 50, of St Michael’s Road, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to failing to give an on-duty police officer relevant information in regard to the identification of the driver of a motor vehicle on October 24, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SEAN David Williams, 26, of London Road, Laverstoke. Pleaded guilty to failing to give an on-duty police officer relevant information in regard to the identification of the driver of a motor vehicle on October 3, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

CRAIG Stenning, 30, of Warwick Road, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to failing to stop at a red light whilst driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall, on September 4, 2017. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

RICHARD Anthony Jones, 50, of Vitellius Gardens, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to sending text messages and leaving voicemail messages to a persons when prohibited from doing so between February 12, 2018 and February 14, 2018. Discharged unconditionally for one year. Restraining ordered made and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £20 costs.
