WOJCIECH Zab, 33, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on December 1, 2017. Community order made, fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to unlawfully damaging a bracelet on December 25, 2017. Ordered to pay £40 compensation.

AARON Joseph Grant, 26, of Bach Close, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to harassment with the intention to cause harm or distress to another person on September 25, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

MARY Louisa Orsborn, 61, of Bow Drive, Sherfeildon-Loddon. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Peugeot 206, without the relevant insurance policy on June 8, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £6 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

SIMON Christopher Smith, 39, of Dogmersfield, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, whilst using a handheld mobile phone on June 8, 2017. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

STEVEN James Carver, 35, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer on January 7, 2018. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail, suspended for one year, and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JASON Lee Jordan, 30, of Trinity Way, Sherborne St John. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, whilst under the influence of alcohol on December 12, 2017. Fined £625 and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and eight months.

DALE Michael Lewis, 38, of St Patrick’s Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, without due care and attention in Hackwood Road on September 19, 2017. Ordered to pay £300 compensation and ordered to pay £85 costs. Also pleased guilty to driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of a class A drug, namely cocaine, on the same date. Community order made and disqualified from driving for one year.

SANDRA Nowak-Martin, 34, of Dickens Lane, Old Basing. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Mazda, whilst under the influence of alcohol on December 7, 2017. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

JAMES Andrew Bowen, 26, of Wellington Terrace, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis, on December 8, 2017. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DARRYL Taylor, 25, of Ascension Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence a class A drug, namely cocaine, on October 22, 2017. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.

TRACY Donnelly, 43, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing gift sets to the value of £35 from Superdrug, Festival Place, on January 11, 2018. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

TERRY John Bolton, 37, of Attwood Close, Kings Furlong. Found guilty of stealing another person’s bank card on December 12, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

STEVEN Darren Paul Storer, 39, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to three counts of assault by beating on November 20, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

KEVIN Lee Knight, 26, of Holbein Close, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on November 27, 2017. Sentenced to 19 weeks in jail. Also pleaded guilty to carrying a blade, namely a large orange kitchen knife, in a public place on the same date. Sentenced to a further 21 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
