CLIFTON Dean Lewis, 56, of Hazell Close, Hartley Wintney. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Nissan Qashqai, whilst under the influence of alcohol on November 26, 2017. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and six months.

SEAN Millard, 53, of Woolston Place, Sherfieldon-Loddon.

Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Focus, whilst under the influence of alcohol on November 24, 2017. Fined £375 and ordered to pay £37 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and five months.

KEVIN John Ayres, 42, of Winchester Road, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall, in Grove Road, whilst under the influence of drugs, namely cocaine, on October 5, 2017. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

REBEKAH Rose Mary Gillespie, 23, of Elderberry Bank, Lychpit. Pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol to the value of £158.75 from Sainsbury’s, on October 5, 2017. Sentenced to seven days in jail.

KAYLEIGH Elizabeth Jayne Halloway, 29, of Tweedsmuir Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a community support officer on April 5, 2017. Ordered to pay £30 compensation.

JAMES Frederick Smith, 68, Marlowe Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions to the change of circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to pension credit between December 17, 2012 and September 11, 2016. Sentenced to six months in prison suspended for two years and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

LEWIS Dean Trodd, 27, of Woburn Gardens, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to breaching the circumstances of a restraining order on December 11, 2017. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

PAUL Michael Tanner, 37, of Roman Road, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to assaulting another person on November 25, 2017. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

BRUNO Alting, 71, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully causing damage to a glass door of a Costa Coffee on December 12, 2017. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to unlawfully causing damage to bibles belonging to a church to the value of £300 on December 9, 2017. Fined £50.

JACK Thomas Edmonson, 20, of Burney Bit, Pamber Heath. Pleaded guilty to causing unlawful damage to a property which did not belong to him to the value of £300 on November 6, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
