FRAZER Luke Brabant, 29, of Stag Hill, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to wilfully obstructing a police officer in the line of duty on September 24, 2017. Discharged conditionally for two years and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £85 costs.

TERRY Cummings, 33, of Mansfield Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Caddy, in Paddock Road, South Ham, whilst under the influence of alcohol on September 24, 2017. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

DANNY Adam Harman, 18, of Upper Sherborne Road, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Meriva, without the consent of the owner of the vehicle on July 9, 2017. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

FREDERICK Spear, 28, of The Green, North Warnborough. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle on the A339 in excess of the 50mph speed limit on April 14, 2017. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

GILLY Fennell, 28, of The Street, Old Basing. Found guilty to failing to produce a valid driving licence when asked by the police on April 21, 2017. Fined £180 and ordered to pay and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £100. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

SHANE Corbett, 27, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to premises which did not belong to him on March 14, 2017. Also admitted to the breach of a restraining order on the same date and assault by beating on March 27, 2017. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for one year.

IONUT Birca, 23, of Buckland Parade, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen, on the A303 in excess of the 70mph on April 10, 2017. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

STACIE Rose Campbell, 23, of Firs Road, Tilehurst. Pleaded guilty to stealing electrical items to the value of £57.46 from the B&M stores in Worting Road, on October 6, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

TAMARA Louise Law, 35, of Old Kempshott Lane, Kempshott. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a valid driving licence when requested to do so on May 16, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

MARCEL Rowland Davies, 20, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford KA, when most of its interior had been removed with numerous electronic cables / boxes hanging down into the footwell and an insecure battery which could have caused injury on April 29, 2017. Fined £123 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.
