THESE are some of the criminals from Basingstoke recently appearing in court.

RICHARD David Brown, 40, of Lundy Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood when requested to, on March 17, 2017. Fined £700 and ordered to pay £70 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

NIGEL James Marshall, 53, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on January 6, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £20 costs.

TIMOTHY Forsyth, 23, of Silvester Close, Norn Hill. Failed to pay a £115 fine imposed by Basingstoke Magistrates Court on February 21, 2017. Sentenced to seven days in prison.

JJ Jordan Barber, 23, of Carmichael Way, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully damaging the front door of a property belonging to Sovereign Housing on July 24, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Also pleaded guilty to using insulting words or behaviour with the intent to cause another person harm on the same date. Further community order made.

KAYLEIGH Elizabeth Jayne Halloway, 29, of Tweedsmuir Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a detention officer in the line of duty on July 13, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Also pleaded guilty to using abusive words or behaviour with the intent to cause harassment to another person on the same day. Fined £80.

SHANE Nethercliffe, 34, of Chivers Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class A drug namely Heroin on October 7, 2016. Fined £120 and ordered to pay 330 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Also pleaded guilty to being in possession of crack cocaine on the same date. No further charge made.

BARRY Richard Wildash, 44, of Attwood Close, Kings Furlong. Pleaded guilty to stealing various goods to the value of £58.90 from B&M in the Thorneycroft Industrial Estate on July 1, 2017. Fined £40 and order to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

CHRISTOPHER Berry, 44, of Cotswold Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to using a mobile phone whilst driving a motor vehicle, namely a Lexus, in Churchill Way on January 27, 2017. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points. 

OLIVER David Ryan, 23, of Phoenix Terrace, Hartley Wintney. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in excess of a 30mph speed limit in Bidden Road, Upton Grey, on January 9, 2017. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

ROBERT Fowler, 30, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis on June 28, 2017. Fined £80. Also pleaded guilty to failing to attend a date at Basingstoke Magistrates Court without reasonable cause on July 13, 2017. Fined £80.

GRAEME Christopher John Walton, 47, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to failing to pay a £620 fine imposed by Basingstoke Magistrates Court on January 15, 2017. Committed to for 14 days.

JACK Elliott Macaulay Donelan, 20, of Garside Close, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully causing damage to an iPhone 5, which did not belong to him on June 21, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to causing damage to a bedroom door, which did not belong to him on the same date. Not further penalty was imposed.

DANNY Leon Freeman, 28, of St Peter’s Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully causing damage to a television, mobile phone and smart energy meter totally to the value of £5,000 on July 13, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

ALEXANDRIA Pocock, 18, of Penwood, Highclere. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without due care in New Street, Andover on February 2, 2017. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

PAUL Thomas Cooper, 48, of St Peter’s Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle namely a Volkswagen, on the A33 in Chineham without the proper insurance policy on January 1, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for one year.
