SIMON CHARLES CHUTER, 61, of West Green Road, Hartley Wintney. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen, on the M3 while travelling at 101mph on March 30, 2017. Fined £260 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

MIHAI CATALIN TIMOFTE, 22, of Flaxfield Road, Sarum Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall, on the M3 when only being in possession of a provisional driving licence on January 18, 2017. Fined £316 and ordered to pay £31 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

TOBY DANIEL DE REDENAT-STRANGE, 21, of Red Lion Lane, Overton. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Land Rover, in excess of a 30mph speed limit in Church Road, Mortimer West End on April 9, 2017. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

GRAHAM PETER MARSHALL, 40, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing steaks and lamb chops to the value of £27 from the BP on February 25, 2017. Sentenced to 28 days in prison suspended for six months and ordered to pay £27 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to stealing four bottle of alcoholic spirits from Morrisons to the value of £78 on the same date.Sentenced to 28 days in prison to run concurrently, suspended for six months.

JAMES HENRY LANG, 42, of Attwood Close, Kings Furlong. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in the line of duty on June 21, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.

CHARLIE DAVIS, 18, of Hatch Lane, Old Basing. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in the line of duty on May 12, 2017. Ordered to pay £50 compensation. Also pleaded guilty to using abusive and insulting words or behaviour causing harassment to another person on the same date. Community order made and ordered to pay £50 compensation £85 victim surcharge.

MARK ALAN JAMES, 27, of Oakfields Close, Eccinswell. Pleaded guilty to using abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour causing harassment to another person on April 28, 2017. Restraining order made and fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

VICTOR ROBERT CHERRETT, 69, of Kingsclere Road, Chapel Hill. Found guilty of assault by beating on October 26, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £930 costs. Also found guilty of assaulting a police officer in the line of duty on the same date. Further community order made.

EMMA LOUISE ANDREAE, 40, of Moundsmere, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Land Rover Freelander, on the A34, whilst under the influence of alcohol on July 10, 2017. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.

IAN CHRISTOPHER PAZ, 32, of Holt Way, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Transit, in Wellington Avenue, Aldershot, whilst under the influence of alcohol on July 10, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and two months. Also pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined £120 and driving licence endorsed.

CHRISTOPHER ANTHONY CRAZE-MILES, 27, of Verdi Close, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully taking a motor vehicle which did not belong to him on July 9, 2017. Fined £650 and ordered to pay £65 victim surcharge and £85 costs, Disqualified from driving for six months. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely Vauxhall Meriva, in Churchill Way West, whilst under the influence of alcohol on the same date. Fined £392 and disqualified from driving for a further one year and nine months.
