ROBERT CHING, 26, of York Road, Didcot. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle without due care and attention in Odiham Road, Hook, on February 2. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

HAYLEY AKSU, 39, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to being under the influence of alcohol which she was prohibited from doing by an anti-social behaviour order on May 25. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £35 costs.

AMANDA BURTON, 46, of Abbey Road, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to dishonestly failing to disclose details to make a gain, namely housing and council tax benefit between December 14, 2009 and June 6, 2011. Community order of a curfew made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DARYL PAUL MOLLOY, 25, of Cherry Grove, Reading. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely THC, in his blood exceeded the specified limit, in Cole Henley Road, Whitchurch, on April 12, 2017. Banned from driving for 14 months, fined £300 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ADAM HYNES, 26, of Long Grove, Baughurst. Admitted a breach of a community order by failing to attending appointments between June 14, 2017 and June 21, 2017. Fined £250 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

ISMAEL FERNANDES, 32, of Farnham Road, Odiham. Pleaded guilty to keeping on a public road a mechanically propelled vehicle, namely a Ford, which was unlicensed. Fined £165 and ordered to pay £80 vehicle excise back duty and £60 costs.

SALVATORE CAPPADORO, 31, of Wilfrid Gardens, Acton. Proved via single justice procedure of driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Golf, at a speed exceeding 70 miles per hour, namely 108 mph, on the M3 at Basingstoke, on June 13, 2016. Banned from driving for 35 days, fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also proved via single justice procedure driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Golf, when there was no policy of insurance or third party coverage on the M3 at Basingstoke, on June 13, 2016. Fined £660.

JOHN BLACK, 27, of Copsey Close, Portsmouth. Pleaded guilty of driving a motor vehicle, namely a Range Rover, at a speed exceeding 70 miles per hour, namely 97.58 mph, on the M3 at Hartley Wintney, on April 21, 2017. Fined £369 and ordered to pay £36 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ZACK MITCHELL-BLACKMORE, 20, of Flaxfield Road, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Pinkerton Road, Basingstoke, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence on May 23, 2017. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £50 costs. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle when there was no policy of insurance or third party coverage in Pinkerton Road, Basingstoke, n May 23, 2017. Fined £100.

JOSHUA DAVID GREEN, 28, of Western Way, Basingstoke. Admitted breach of supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment on April 21, 2017, April 27. 2017, May 4, 2017 and May 11, 2017. Committed to prison for 14 days and ordered to pay £60 costs.

DAVID KUZNIEWSKI, 26, of Abbey Road, Basingstoke. Proved in absence threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited a cigarette butt in Basingstoke, on February 3, 2017. Fined £75 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £485 costs.

KYLIE ANN HUMPHRIES, 48, of Glastonbury Close, Basingstoke. Found guilty of theft of three sets of earrings, to the value of £185, belonging to Pandora, in Basingstoke, on December 27, 2016. Fined £346 and ordered to pay £135 compensation and £300 costs.

TRACY JOANNE DONNELLY, 42, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to theft of two bottles of Smirnoff Red vodka, to the value of £40, belonging to Waitrose, in Basingstoke, on July 11, 2017. Ordered to pay £40 compensation. Also pleaded guilty to theft of two bottles of brandy, two bottles of whisky, two bottles of rum, two bottles of Jaegermeister and fish to the value of £163 belonging to Sainsbury's in Basingstoke, on June 20, 2017. Also pleaded guilty to theft of two bottles of Jaegermeister, a bottle of gin and a bottle of vodka to the value of £84 belonging to Sainsbury's in Basingstoke, on June 18, 2017. Ordered to pay £84 compensation. Also pleaded guilty to theft of four nail varnishes and a box of chocolates to the value of £233.60 belonging to John Lewis in Basingstoke, on June 5, 2017. Ordered to pay £233.60 compensation.
