A MAN is due to appear in court following a fatal collision in North Warnborough last August, led to the death of a teenager.

The 38-year-old man will appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on June 6 following a single vehicle collision in Hook Road, which led to the death of teenager Alexander Worth, of Kings Worthy.

As previously reported in The Gazette the 13-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene after a red Ferrari F50, driven by the 38-year-old from Surrey, crashed.

The man is due to appear accused of causing death by careless driving.
