MARC Gary James Young, 30, of Mount Pleasant, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Tadley on December 28, 2016. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £25 compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

OLENA Hunt, 45, of Winchester Road, Kingsclere. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in North Street, in Kingsclere on January 20, 2017 whilst under the influence of alcohol. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years and two months.

AIDEN James Riley, 27, of Stag Hill, Kempshott. Pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to be unlawful violent towards a person on February 10, 2017. Committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 18 months. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

PETER Keen, 56, of Winklebury Centre, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a person in St Andrews Centre, Western Way on December 5, 2016. Ordered to pay £100 compensation. Also pleaded guilty to causing damage to a computer to the value of £331 belonging to Boots, in Western Way on December 5, 2016. Ordered to pay £331 compensation and £20 costs.

MAUREEN Tayari, 60, of London Road, Water End, Old Basing. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Byfleet Avenue, Old Basing, on February 26, 2017 whilst under the influence of alcohol. Fined £215 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also disqualified from driving for one year.

LIAM George McManus, 28, of Timberlake Road, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to stealing coffee and biscuits worth £20.05 from B&M on January 7, 2017. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

BRIAN David Ware Murphy, 39, of Maldive Road, Popley. Committed to 14 days in prison for failure to pay a fine of £1,121 which was issued on March 31, 2016.

CHRISTOPHER William Young, 29, of Burgess Road, South View. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating in upper Wootton, Tadley on February 25, 2017. Community made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

GORDON Phillip McGrath, 36, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to damaging a mattress to the value of £102 belonging to Hampshire Constabulary on October 20, 2016. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £150 in compensation and £40 costs. Also pleaded guilty to assault by beating on the same date. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for one year.

JORDAN Louis Venus, 21, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Basingstoke on July 22, 2016. Ordered to pay £125 compensation.

ROY Chittenden, 31, of Simons Close, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Reading Road, Chineham on March 1, 2017 whilst under the influence of alcohol. Fined £325 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to possession a quantity of cocaine on March 1, 2017. Fined £150.
