A CCTV image has been released by police following a racially fuelled verbal attack towards a member of staff at Basingstoke Hospital.
The 24-year-old staff member was sat alone eating his lunch in the canteen at the hospital, when an unknown man walked past and made a racist remark towards him.
The incident took place on January 5, around 3.55pm, when the man who made the racist remark walked by with a woman who was short and had dark hair.
Officers investigating the incident have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to as he may have information which could help the investigation.
