NIGEL Harrison, 53, of Station Road, Overton. Pleaded guilty to driving a Piaggio motorcycle along a footpath on the B3400 whilst under the influence of alcohol on November 4, 2016. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also given 10 points on his driving licence.

SPIKE Putt, 24, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a quantity of amphetamine on May 28, 2016. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 and £20 costs.

GANESH Sarki, 25, of Gower Close, South View. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of Armani Code aftershave, to the value of £62.00, from Debenhams in Festival Place on June 26, 2016. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

GARY Francis Makintosh, 39, of Van Dyck Close, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to failing to produce a blood sample at Basingstoke police station when suspected to be driving while intoxicated, on November 4, 2016. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit in Churchill Way without any insurance on the same date. No further charges were made .

STEPHEN John Gould, 31, May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully causing damage to BMW 116 on November 25, 2016. Community order made and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.

DARREN Seymour, 42, of Sinclair Drive , Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of class A drugs on October 27, 2016. Fined £125 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £25 costs.

DAVID Roy Kemp, 65, of Longacre Rise, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to stealing aftershave to the value of £97 from Boots on August 6, 2016. Ordered to pay £97 compensation.

MARK Merry, 40, of Broadmere Road, Beggarwoord. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle whilst under the influence of alcohol along Wellington Avenue on November 12, 2016. Fined £950 and ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months .

DANIEL Gerrard Beecher, 26, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing 11 DVDs to the value of £234.89 from HMV on May 24, 2016. Community order made. Also pleaded guilty to fraud by reselling the DVDs for personal financial gain. Ordered to pay £85 compensation.
