IAN Pearson, 44, of Tudor Court, Tadley. Found guilty of assault by beating on March 30, 2016. Fined £140 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £620 costs.

SAMUEL Joseph Ayres, 28, of Winchester Road, Basingstoke. Jailed for 28 days for non-payment of a £790 fine.

SHANE Robert Webb, 33, of Oakridge Road, Oakridge. Jailed for two counts of failing to comply with requirements of post-custodial sentence supervision because of persistent breaches. Sentenced to 14 days in prison for each charge, to run consecutively with a total of 28 days to be served.

CJAY Frank Slate, 23, of Squarefield Gardens, Hook. Found guilty of stealing a Black Nokia Lumia mobile phone and a Lloyds bank card of a value unknown on August 4, 2016. Jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £60 compensation. Also found guilty of committing fraud at the One Stop store, in Sark Way, Popley on August 4, 2016. Jailed for 12 weeks to run concurrently with the first offence.

MARK Andrew Ayland, 36, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause another person harm, in Figi Close, on August 14, 2016. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to harassment of another person in Oakley Road on the same date.

GRAEME Christopher John Walton, 49, of Butler Close, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to trespassing in a property in Colyer Close. Community order made and ordered to pay £20 compensation.

JONATHAN Said Ahmed Hashmi, 35, of Cambrian Way, Kempshott. Pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol valued at £14 from Tesco on August 28, 2016. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

LEWIS Daniel Hall, 29, of Chivers Close , South Ham. Pleaded guilty to failure to comply with requirements of a community order and failure to attend a police station for annual registration. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

CONNOR Michael Stratton, 18, of Aylings Close, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty of assault by beating on April 24, 2016. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £195 compensation. Also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JACK Seivers , 27, of Dryden Close, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to thefts spanning September 23 to October 6, including three lamb steaks, from Tesco Metro in The Malls, valuing £10.50. Ordered to pay £30.14 in compensation.
