A BASINGSTOKE shop is calling on members of the public to help it identify the person responsible for stealing a tip jar.
Sundaes Gelato, in Winchester Street, published CCTV images of a person it believes to be responsible after a tip box, positioned on the shop's counter, was stolen.
Police were notified that on Monday October 24 between 10am and 10.10am, an unknown man entered the shop before taking the box.
The man is described as white, aged in his early 20s and of average height and build.
He wore a white hooded top with light blue sleeves and the words 'Legends' across the front, dark blue jeans and brown boots.
It is unclear how much money was in the box.
