A COMMERCIAL property was burgled at the weekend.
The non-dwelling burglary took place on Sunday in the Hook Common area between 3.15am and 10am.
It is being investigated by Hampshire Constabulary which is asking for anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area during this time to get in touch.
Police warned that although forcing entry to a property is very rare, some offenders continue to make an effort do to this.
They advise people to ensure that security lighting are used at entrances and exits of property and to consider an alarm and either a dummy or full CCTV system.
