ADRIAN Wright, 27, of Lehar Close, Brighton Hill, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle on the A339 exceeding 70mph. Fined £285 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £29 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six points.

KEVIN Graham, 43, of Park Prewett Road, Rooksdown, Basingstoke. Admitted to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on October 22, 2015, by not attending unpaid work on April 2 and 9, 2016. Fined £75 and ordered to pay £25 costs.

RICHARD John Weller, 42, of Anvil Way, Bramley. Failed to pay a fine of £200 imposed on June 3, 2014. Ordered to pay £100 per fortnight commencing July 1, 2016.

PHILLIP Paul Cummins, 38, of Achilles Close, Chineham, Basingstoke. Found guilty of entering The Great Western pub, in Basingstoke, as a trespasser and stealing a CCTV system, Sony Playstation 4 and Sky box F5S to the value of £2,030. Committed to prison for 18 weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

MICHAEL James Traynor, 38, of The Hollies, Mapledurwell, Basingstoke. Found guilty of entering The Great Western pub, in Basingstoke, as a trespasser and stealing a Playstation 4, a CCTV recording device and a Sky box F5S to the value of £2,030. Committed to prison for 18 weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

CARL Jason Gillespie, 43, of Worting Road, Basingstoke. Admitted to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on April 26, 2016 by failing to attend drug rehabilitation on May 20, 23 and 25, 2016. Issued with new drug rehabilitation requirement to have treatment for drug dependency. Ordered to pay £20 costs. Also pleaded guilty to dishonestly assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen guitar and banjo. Community order made. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

DONNA Theresa Kemp, 31, of Longacre Rise, Chineham, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of perfume to the value of £114 belonging to Debenhams, Basingstoke, on June 2, 2016. Committed to prison for two weeks to run consecutive to a 12-week suspended prison sentence given on May 25, 2016 for 10 offences of stealing, which has now been implemented. Ordered to pay £114 compensation.

LIAM Patrick John Farmer, 19, of Hillcrest, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to two offences of using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words of behaviour with the intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on April 15, 2016 in Basingstoke. Community order made to include a curfew requirement with electronic monitoring for four weeks. Ordered to pay £50 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to damaging property to the value of under £5,000 belonging to Festival Place on April 15, 2016. Ordered to pay £1,600 compensation. Admitted breaching a 12 month conditional discharge issued by Berkshire Youth Court for an offence of criminal damage of September 24, 2015. Fined £200.
