Police investigating incident involving teenage girl
POLICE are investigating an incident involving a teenage girl after a man approached her, grabbed her by the hand and kissed it.
The girl reported that at some point between 8am and 8.20am this morning, a man engaged her in conversation in Pinkerton Road, South Ham before he kissed her hand.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen what happened or who has any concerns to contact officers at Basingstoke police station on 101.
