A MAN caught in possession of an 'open alcohol vessel' in breach of an anti-social behaviour order has been slapped with a fine this week.
Phillip Wheeler, of no fixed abode, appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court following the offence which took place on Monday 13 June.
The 44-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge and was ordered to pay £110.
