MOTORISTSÂ are experiencing delays on the A30 after an accident near the Toby Carvery in Winchester Road, Basingstoke.
Traffic is queueing in both directions between Western Way and the Kempshott Roundabout.
Vehicles are currently blocking the road with motorists expecting delays of up to 15 minutes.
