FIREFIGHTERS were called to a car blaze in Basing View last night.
A crew from Basingstoke fire station attended the incident at 6.33pm and used a single pump, two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the flames.
The car, which is thought to have been an Audi and left in the car park for some time, was completely damaged by the fire.
Firefighters spent around 20 minutes at the scene.
Police were also called to the incident and have launched an investigation for criminal damage.
