Police appeal to aid investigation
POLICE are searching for a man captured on CCTV who may be able to assist with an investigation.
The man is believed to have been close to an incident of a man following two women along Hackwood Road, Basingstoke around 11.40pm on Tuesday, November 24 2015.
It was reported that the man then exposed himself to the women.
Police would like to speak to the man pictured as he was seen in the local area around this time and may be able to help with further enquiries into the investigation.
