THIS e-fit image is of a man police would like to speak to after a car was stolen when its driver was pulled out from inside.

At 10.35pm on October 9, a 41-year-old man from Basingstoke was pulled out of his car at the Winklebury Centre, and his green Mercedes was then stolen and later found burnt out.

The victim was left with swelling to his left hand after he reported that a man grabbed him while he was in his vehicle.

He described the man who grabbed him as white, aged in his early 30s, around 5ft 5ins tall with light brown very short hair and a receding hairline.

He had a round face, crooked teeth and stubble, and was wearing a sleeveless cream T-shirt with dark tracksuit trousers.
