Retired teacher charged with sex offences against children
A RETIRED teacher has been charged with sex offences that were reported to have taken place in the Basingstoke and Berkshire area.
Nicholas Martin Eggington, of Plantation Close, Arnold, in Nottingham, has been charged with four counts of indecent assault on a boy under 14 years of age, and three counts of gross indecency with a boy under 16 years of age.
The offences were reported to have taken place between November 1991 and November 1992 in Basingstoke and Berkshire.
Mr Eggington is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on November 12.
