A LANDLORD is set to appear in court, after being accused of drug offences.
Michael McGinty, 73, has been charged with allowing his house to be used for the supply of Class A drugs, and for allowing it “to be used for the smoking of Class B drugs”, police said.
The charges relate to McGinty’s property in Vyne Road, South View.
McGinty, of Vyne Road, has been released on bail and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, March 10.
