CCTV image released after £2,000 taken from bank following purse theft at Basingstoke hospital
THIS is the CCTV image of a woman police want to speak to following the theft of a purse in Basingstoke.
The theft happened in January this year at Basingstoke hospital, in Aldermaston Road, after which the stolen bank cards were used to withdraw over £2,000 from the victim’s bank account.
PC Karen Walsh, from Basingstoke police station, said: “We would like to speak to the woman in the CCTV as we believe she may be able to help with our investigation.”
