Pet Factor launched by Gazette
7:20pm Wednesday 17th October 2012 in News By Emily Roberts, Chief Reporter
THE search is on to find the most talented pet in Basingstoke.
Gazette Newspapers has launched Pet Factor to find the most entertaining animals in the borough, from dancing dogs to jumping gerbils.
We know there are talented pets out there, and we want you to send us in a picture of your animal, along with a brief explanation of why it is so clever, for the chance of winning vouchers from Sainsbury’s, which sells a range of products to pamper your pet.
We would also like to see a short video clip of your pet performing its party trick.
Videos should be uploaded to YouTube and the link included in your entry.
Visit The Gazette’s Facebook page facebook.com/basingstokegazette to see Basingstoke hamster, Willow, who at less than one years old is already showing a natural talent in acrobatics.
He has clearly set the standard, but is your pet more talented than Willow? Let us know by emailing a picture and explanation, of no more than 200 words, to , titled Pet Factor.
Don’t forget to include details of your pet’s name and age, plus your details including name, age, and where you live, as well as a link to the YouTube video. The deadline for entries is October 30, after which we will feature the winning pet in the newspaper.
A selection of entries will also appear on the website.
