Le Saux to attend Naomi House children's hospice fete

FORMER Southampton and England footballer Graeme Le Saux will be visiting Naomi House children’s hospice annual fete on Saturday.
As an international player, Le Saux became a household name, starting all four England games at the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
Le Saux, who has played for Chelsea, Blackburn and Southampton, as well as winning 36 caps for England, is expected formally to open the event at 11.00am, before spending the remainder of the day with the children enjoying the variety of entertainment on offer and learning about the remarkable work of the Hampshire hospice.
With no current formal agreements for funding, the support and generosity of the public is vital in enabling the outstanding work at Naomi House to continue. An array of fundraising events and activities will be on offer.
There will also be an interactive quiz, giving children and adults a rare opportunity to explore the stunning grounds.
A free park-and-ride scheme comprising a convoy of vintage buses will also be running from the Forest Edge Kart Club in Barton Stacey to the spectacular grounds of Naomi House in Sutton Scotney.
Entry costs £2.00 for adults and 50p per child, with those under 5 years able to enter free of charge. Set to be a memorable day out for all, doors open at 11.00am with last entry at 4.00pm.
