CAMPAIGNERS have failed in their bid to have another review of the events licence under which CarFest was held near Overton over the bank holiday weekend.
A group of residents sought a second review of the licence under which Laverstoke Park Farm is permitted to host two events per year for up to 20,000 people.
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council said there was insufficient evidence to support a second review.
