Plans for Basingstoke Leisure Park and Worting Road approved

PLANS for a skydiving and skiing simulator and a new store were approved for Basingstoke last night.
Members of the development control committee at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council gave the go-ahead to a plan for an Airkix
skydiving facility and indoor Skiplex simulators to be built at Basingstoke Leisure Park.
They also approved a change-of-use application by B&M Retail for premises at 120 Worting Road, in Brookvale, Basingstoke. The company sells furniture, “homeware”, decorating and convenience
goods.
